At Nexus Crumb, we are committed to delivering your freshly baked cakes and treats in perfect condition. Please review our shipping policy carefully.
1. Delivery Area:
* We currently offer delivery exclusively within Akola, Maharashtra. To confirm if we deliver to your specific pin code within Akola, you can check at checkout.
* We unfortunately do not offer delivery outside of Akola at this time to ensure the highest quality upon arrival.
2. Delivery Timelines:
* Standard Deliveries: Orders are typically processed and delivered within 24-48 hours from the time of order confirmation.
* Same-Day Delivery: May be available for select products for orders placed before a specific cut-off time (e.g., 2 PM IST). This option will be visible at checkout if applicable.
* Specific Date/Time Delivery: You can select your preferred delivery date and a time slot during checkout. While we strive to meet these requests, they are subject to availability.
* Processing Time: All orders require a processing time before dispatch. This is in addition to the delivery time. Custom and intricate cakes may require longer lead times as specified on their product pages.
3. Shipping & Handling Charges:
* A flat shipping charge of ₹30 (Rupees Thirty only) will be applied to all orders delivered within Akola.
* Re-Delivery Handling Charge: In cases where delivery fails due to inaccurate address details provided by the customer, or if no one is available to receive the order at the scheduled time, a ₹50 (Rupees Fifty only) handling charge will be applied for any re-delivery attempt. Re-delivery is subject to product perishability and feasibility.
4. Delivery Process:
* Our delivery personnel are trained to handle cakes with care.
* Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order during the selected time slot.
* In case of no one being available, our delivery team will attempt to contact you. If delivery is unsuccessful after reasonable attempts, the cake may be returned to our bakery, and the re-delivery handling charge will apply for subsequent attempts.
* Perishable Nature: Given the delicate and perishable nature of our products, we highly recommend prompt receipt of your order to maintain freshness and quality.
5. Order Tracking:
* Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation with a tracking link (if applicable) to monitor its progress.
6. Damages During Transit:
* We take utmost care in packaging our cakes to prevent damage.
* In the rare event that your cake arrives damaged, please report it to us immediately upon delivery (within 2 hours of receipt).
* You must provide clear photographs of the damaged product and its packaging.
* Claims reported after the stipulated time frame or without photographic evidence may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
* Decisions regarding replacement or refund for damaged items are at the sole discretion of Nexus Crumb. Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for more details.
7. Important Considerations:
* Accuracy of Information: Please ensure accurate and complete delivery address and contact details to avoid delivery issues. Nexus Crumb is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
* Unforeseen Delays: While we strive for timely deliveries, external factors such as extreme weather conditions, local events, traffic congestion, or other unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. We will keep you informed in such situations.
