By using our website & ordering, you agree to these terms.

Orders: All orders are confirmed upon payment. We require sufficient notice for custom cakes; check product descriptions for specific lead times. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

Pricing & Payment: Prices are in INR & subject to change without prior notice. Full payment is required at checkout or Cash on delivery (COD) for online orders.

Delivery/Pickup: We aim for timely delivery/pickup as per your selection. Delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, traffic) are possible. Ensure accurate delivery details; re-delivery due to incorrect information may incur extra charges.

Product Quality & Allergens: We use high-quality ingredients. Cakes are handmade, so minor variations from images may occur. Allergy Disclaimer: Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens (e.g., nuts, dairy, gluten, soy). We cannot guarantee allergen-free products. Consumers with allergies should exercise caution.

Returns/Exchanges: All sales are final. We offer no returns or exchanges unless the product is damaged upon delivery. Report damage immediately (within 2 hours of receipt) with clear photos. Decisions on replacement or refund for damaged items are at our sole discretion.

Intellectual Property: All content on our site (text, images, logos) is owned by Nexus Crumb. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of Maharashtra, India.
